1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Pre-orders show estimated dates.
Q7: Tracking?
Yes – shipping confirmation includes a tracking number.
Q8: Cancel or change order?
Contact us immediately while order is “processing.” Once “preparing for shipment,” cancellation is not possible.
Q9: Ship outside USA?
No – currently only US addresses (including Alaska, Hawaii; no territories or APO/FPO).
